Massage therapy is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. Yet it is also a powerful tool to avoid or overcome many different undesired conditions.
SHIATSU
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of manual therapy that is performed on a mattress in full clothing.
Typically it is characterized as slow and meditative, with elements of massage, stretching, and rotations.
