Connected Movement

Though Connected Movement is not a traditional oriental medicine practice, the ideas and practices stem from the same origin. with a western "twist" coming from my personal experience with the Feldenkrais method and with traditional Japanese martial arts.

It is designed to reach change through establishing a new connection to our own body and people around us using movement and touch.

Through subtle, effortless exercises we learn in an experiential and playful manner how to operate our body by paying attention to it and to what our senses are telling us. We then proceed to communicate with others with the same peaceful approach.

By touching and being touched we experience new sensations and learn about our own bodywork through affecting others.
